Privacy: what a host can see about you

Other people see your username, never your full name. A host whose event you joined sees your username and ticket code. Your email address is never shown to a host.

A host learns about you only when you do something that involves them: applying to, or joining, their event. Viewing or saving an event tells the host a number went up, not who it was.

Reports a host can download count groups of people. A group smaller than ten is never shown, so a report cannot point at one person.

If you apply to a private party, the host sees the answers you give to their questions.
