Cancellations and refunds

Each event has a cancellation window, shown on the event page. If you give your place back before the window closes, you get the ticket price and tax back. The service fee is not refunded.

If you cancel after the window closes, there is no refund, and a late cancellation counts against your reliability.

If the host cancels, you get everything back, fee included.

Free places have nothing to refund. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through our payment provider.
