Reliability counts the events you committed to: attending counts in full, a late cancellation (inside the host's cutoff) counts half, and a no-show counts nothing. Cancelling early, before the host's cutoff, is not counted at all — it is neither kept nor broken.

Reliability counts the events a host scheduled: an event that runs counts in full. A cancelled event counts 75% with a week or more of notice, 50% with 3 days, 25% with 1 day, and nothing with less. Removing a single guest is not a cancellation.
